Interim HR Manager
Our Client is a worldwide established company and a major player in industrial sectors. Currently, we are in search of Interim HR Manager who will be responsible for providing comprehensive, proactive HR partnering services to line managers for a project base.
This position will be directly reporting to the General Manager in Istanbul.
Main Responsibilities:
✓ Acting as a first point of contact for line managers to understand the business needs,
✓ Providing comprehensive, proactive HR partnering services,
✓ Consulting line managers and employees about all aspects of HR (talent & performance management, succession planning, recruitment, training and compensation)
✓ Oversee management of contracts with third party suppliers (eg. payroll provider, healthcare broker, pension administrators, legal advisors)
✓ Ensuring excellent alignment and execution of established HR policies, procedures and Global and local HR initiatives,
✓ Implementing and administering all HR policies; including staffing, performance and career management, total rewards management and HR administration and reporting.
Qualifications:
✓ University degree on BS or BA in a related field,
✓ Min 7 years of experience working in a similar role providing HR advice and support,
✓ Previous experience with HR systems, policy administration, compensation, recruitment, payroll processes and performance management,
✓ Good command of written and spoken English, familiar with working foreigners and multi-cultural environments,
✓ Strong internal customer service orientation,
✓ Good level of MS Office knowledge,
✓ Analytical, energetic, result-oriented and assertive,
✓ No military obligation for male candidates,
✓ Residing in Istanbul.
